Instructions:

1. Connect the black plug to a standard outlet.

2. Connect the other end of the black wire to the receive port on the back of the generator box.

3. Connect the two gray wires to the heating pad and insert them into the gray receive port on the back of the generator.

4. Press the power switch on the back of the generator to start the generator.

Note: The outside of the mat will get hot. Don’t put anything on it.

5. Let the sauna blanket heat up for 10 minutes.

6. Use the up and down arrows to set the time and temperature. To switch from time setting to temperature, select the button with the tool icon.

7. “Exit 1” controls the body temperature before (the mat on your body). “Output 2” controls the temperature of the back, the mat you are lying on.

8. To start or pause the heated sauna blanket, please select the S / P button. When both red lights are on, the mat will heat up and turn on.

9. Use the remote control to increase or decrease the temperature at any time.
