Details: INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Find a suitable place where you can lay down comfortably, for example a bed or a sofa. 2. Start by unfolding the leather mat inside the sauna dome, place the two domes on top of the mat. The smallest one should cover your feet and loargest one your upper body. 3. Place the electronic box close to the sauna dome, plug gray cables into the two domes. You will hear a click when there are properly attached. 4. Plug the two gray cables into the backside of the electronic box. Plug the power cord into electronic box and then into the power socket. Turn on the power switch. 5. Start the electronic box by pressing “POWER” botton. First you select the time up to 60 minutes, then you select the temperature. The sauna dome has two separate heating zones reaching 90 and 90 degree Celsius, each zone can be adjusted to the desired temperature. 6. Finally press “Start” button to turn on the heat. 7. Attach the small curtain where the opening for the head is. This is to prevent heat loss. 8. Place a towel on the mat , push the top dome down, it has wheels and can roll. You can choose to lay down with or without clothing. 9. Lay down on the mat and pull the top dome all the way up to your neck. 10. Now enjoy your sauna session!
