What You Need
20L: 5kg rice material; produce 2.5-3.5kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 30x30cm/12x12in
30L: 7.5kg rice material; produce 5-7.5kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 35x35cm/14x14in
50L: 12.5kg rice material; produce 6-9.5kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 40x40cm/16x16in
70L: 17.5kg rice material; produce 8-12kg liquor; diameter of brewing barrel: 45x45cm/18x18in

Heat Source: gas stoves, induction cooker, ceramic stoves, electric coil stoves, firewood, etc.

Note: Use before or after, pour water into steaming barrel, heating, and distilling half an hour to an hour, can remove residual impurities in the copper tube. (Don’t add cold water into the small barrel) In order to avoid appear oxide. Dry barrel with a towel and put it in a dry place when work finished.
