1.5 HP 2-Speed Spa Pump 120 volts Balboa DuraJet Frame 48, 13.5/3.7 Amp motor, 2 side discharge wet end. Formerly marked as Ultima model by UltraJet, Vicco, Pentair and Balboa. Can also be used as a 1-Speed 1.5 HP Pump. Balboas DuraJet pumps provide long life, excellent performance, and value pricing and configuration flexibility all in a cost-effective package. Balboas DuraJet (formerly Vico) pumps meet and exceed the strictest level of municipal noise requirements. This pumps is intended as a replacement for common 1.5 HP 120 volt side discharge pumps that use 2″ unions. This pump is a 2 speed pump but can also be used to replace any single 1 -speed 1.5 HP pump (120 VAC). The motors back is equipped to allow a Tecmark air switch to be installed, if required. Thus the pump can be used with older simple air-switch controls or it can be wired directly to the pump receptacles of spa pack. Safety features include auto overheat shut off protection. Comes complete with two x 2″ replacement unions. Drain plug ensures no water is left in the pump body during storage.
