• G-STILL TANK – The tank is the main part of the still, and its size and shape is extremely important to the proper operation of the column. The tank is made from food grade stainless steel and well insulated for energy and production efficiency.
• G-STILL CATALYST – Made with stainless steel frame and a 360 ° sight-glass for a clear view of the copper packing inside it. Copper allows for the removal of Sulphur from distillate, which may be created during the fermentation process and has unappealing sensory characteristics. The use of the G-Still Catalyst results in improved flavor and aroma of the distillate.
• G-STILL COLUMN – The G-Still column is filled with Stainless Steel packing, which is sized to provide the highest possible charging materials ratio of exchange area to density of backfill and resistance to passing vapors. • G-STILL NEEDLE VALVE – The needle valve controls the strength of alcohol that is allowed to be collected based on distillation parameters selected. It controls the vapor temperature within 0.1 degrees Celsius. G-Still’s algorithm-enabled microcomputer can open and close in increments of 0.0208 mm, to create the purest alcohol possible.
